We will screen the original 1925 Lon Chaney silent film while playing the full orchestral score composed by Craig Safan. This is the story that inspired the Broadway musical version - depicting the haunted character of the “Phantom” - a man tortured by his past and desperate for love. The opera scenes include arias from Gounod’s “Faust” - to be sung by our special guest, Miracle Amah. Follow the story to its dramatic outcome - and come dressed in your favorite costume for the fun of it! *This story is spooky and troubling, but never graphic … ok for a PG-13 audience.
