Join the Center for Prevention of Abuse (CFPA) for its signature fundraiser, the Duck Race. On August 23 watch your ducks race live at 1 pm at EastSide Centre in East Peoria. All 35,000 ducks race down a giant water slide to determine the top 15 winners. Food, family fun, and live music from Sista and the Misters begins at 11 am. All funds raised through the Duck Race stay local and help CFPA build a safe and peaceful community. Ducks are up for adoption for $5 each. Every duck you purchase enters you for a chance to win one of this year's 15 prizes - including the grand prize of $10,000!
