The Water Street Stompers bring the spirit of Mardi Gras to Peoria with traditional New Orleans Jazz. Let by trumpeter and singer Todd Kelly, the group includes Harlan Geiser on Trombone, Carl Bopp on piano, Jason Shea on bass and tuba, and Jeremy Clark on drums.

We will review the challenges and wins of the previous year & look ahead towards innovation and future opportunities. Mayor Ali will be our keynote speaker and present the State of the City Address.
