Snyder Village Holiday Fundraiser

Description

We know our residents at Snyder Village may receive gifts from family and friends, but we would like to make sure that all residents have something special under the tree from "Santa"! You can help by picking a date on the calendar and donating that amount! (Example: Pick the 1st, donate $1; Pick the 17th, donate $17). Bonus Day amounts would be a perfect project for families, church groups, or other organizations. All proceeds will go toward purchasing gifts from Santa for the Health Center residents! Cash or Check donations can be dropped off to the front office of the Snyder Village Health Center- 1200 E. Partridge St., Metamora, IL, 61548. Please address checks to Snyder Village with "HC Holiday Fundraiser" in the memo line. Thank you for all your support and please spread the word!! Happy Holidays!
