Schlachtfest and German-American Day Celebration

Sunday, October 7th the Peoria German-American Central Society hosts their annual Schlachtfest  from Noon to 8 pm.  The event is open to the public.  Free Admission.
                                        
This year the event will be combined with a celebration of German-American Day and as a kick-off to German-American Heritage month in Peoria. 
 
The event will feature German Music by Vogel Musik and Al’s Pals.
 
German Beer & Food, German Car Cruis'n, & Arts and Craft Fair
 
More Activities: Shooting Tent, Bags & German Gift Tent.

German Car and Bike Cruis’n
 
Our annual German Car Cruis'n is being run at the same time from noon to 5 pm.  Owners of German make cars and/or motorcycles are welcome to participate.  Participants who arrive before 2:00 pm will receive a coupon for a drink or sandwich.
 
If you arrive later than 2:00 pm, you may still participate in the car show but you will not receive a coupon.
