Drugs Don't Work - An Employer's Guide to a Drug-free Workplace Intended Audience: Employers and Insurance Agents/Brokers Cheryl Crowe, director of OSF Behavioral Health, and Troy Overholt, vice president of OSF Occupational Health, will be joined by Jodi Hoos, Peoria County State's Attorney, in a panel discussion on community trends in substance abuse, legal implications of marijuana legalization and steps of the drug testing process.
