Description

Attorneys of Davis & Campbell will be presenting for our August Member Seminar. During this presentation we will:
1. Weed through the basics of Illinois' new recreational marijuana legislation.
2. Highlight the differences between Illinois' medical marijuana law and recreational marijuana legislation.
3. Roll through the recreational legislation's implications for employers.
4. Field questions concerning any haziness surrounding the legislation and its overall effects.
